Maintenance Info

If you should require any maintenance in your apartment, please do not hesitate to call our office at 207.370.6777. A maintenance work order will be issued for your request and we will attend to the request ASAP!

We are open M-F 9-4, However, should you have an emergency situation after hours, there is a maintenance person on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you. If there is an emergency Please call 207.370.6777, Dial #4 and leave a message containing your full name, apartment address/ number, and a phone number to be reached at.

Please note what constitutes as an emergency:

• No heat (if it is 65 degrees or below)
• No hot water
• Toilet not working (if you only have one toilet)
• No electricity
• Major leaks/floods
• Lock out
• Property being damaged

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Release of Key

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
